Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows will result in one session being counted as used.

If you are feeling unwell or have an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible.

In case of rain or bad weather, outdoor Pilates sessions in the park may be postponed or canceled. We will contact you in advance if there are any changes
