This session combines 20 minutes massage* (manual release) with 30 minutes of Pilates to help regulate your body system.

Relieve fatigue and discomfort caused by desk work, including shoulder and lower back pain.

Improve movement-related issues and enhance everyday physical performance.

Using expertise in physical therapy, I provide a personalized assessment and tailor-made plan to optimize your body and mind performance.

*The massage is performed while the client is fully dressed.
