Nervous System Care

This session combines 20 minutes of rib cage massage* (manual release) with 30 minutes of Pilates to help regulate your nervous system.

Our breath, posture, and stress levels are deeply connected to how freely our spine and rib cage can move.

By improving mobility in this area, you can breathe deeper, release tension, and shift your body into a more relaxed, balanced state.

*The massage is performed while the client is fully dressed.
