  • Have you forgotten to breathe slowly lately? We take around 20,000 to 25,000 breaths a day, most of which happen without us even realizing it. Breathing is the most basic and essential action we repeat every day, yet it’s often taken for granted. Breathing isn’t just about taking in oxygen. It’s deeply connected to your autonomic nervous system, blood circulation, and even emotional balance. Poor posture, stress, and lack of physical activity can all lead to shallow breathing. And when shallow breathing becomes a habit, it can disrupt your nervous system, hormone regulation, and emotional stability. That’s why it’s so important to bring awareness to your breath and learn to regulate it.

  • Are you listening to your body? Where do you feel relaxed or tense? Does your body feel heavy or light today? Through Pilates, you will explore and reconnect with your body, understanding how it works and how to take care of it.

  • Pilates is often referred to as “moving meditation”. Through mindful movement and breath, it will improve your concentration, naturally and present.
