Body & Nervous System Care

  • Massage × Pilates Session
    For better movement, recovery, and performance

    Feel lighter, move easier, and breathe deeper.
    This session combines therapeutic massage with Pilates-based movement to release tension, improve posture, and reset your nervous system.

    Drawing from professional training and clinical knowledge in physical therapy, I offer personalized assessments and custom plans to support your body in both daily life and training.

    • Your neck, shoulders, or back constantly feels tense, tight, or painful.

    • You are a desk worker spending long hours sitting down.

  • This session combines 20 minutes of massage* (manual release) with 30 minutes of Pilates to help regulate your body & nervous system.

    *The massage is performed while the client is fully dressed.

Private Mat Pilates

  • Mat Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that focuses on core strength, flexibility, posture, and controlled movement.

    Performed on a mat using your own body weight, it emphasizes precise alignment, breath awareness, and balanced muscle development.

    • You exercise regularly or enjoy physical activity.

    • Your want to feel stronger.

    • You want to practice at home on your own.

    • You are looking for a more budget-friendly option than machine Pilate.

    Private Mat Pilates is suitable for all levels, because it helps to build a strong foundation for overall physical well-being.

  • This 50-minute session combines a body assessment with Pilates-based exercises to support better movement and recovery.

    • Private session format.

    • At the park, your home, or studio.

    • Available in English or Japanese.

Private Reformer Pilates

  • Reformer Pilates uses a machine called a Reformer. This special machine supports improved strength, flexibility, posture, and core stability, providing different levels of resistance.

    • You want a more dynamic and challenging Pilates experience.

    • You enjoy using equipment that helps guide and support your movements.

    • You want to tone muscles without putting stress on your body.

    • You are a pregnant or postpartum women.

    Private Reformer Pilates is suitable for all levels, including for those who are not good at exercising, or new to Pilates.

  • This 50-minute session combines a body assessment with Reformer Pilates to support better movement and recovery.

About Shoko

Hello, I’m Shoko Takashita.

I’m a Pilates instructor and Physical Therapist from Japan with 9 years of experience, and am currently based in Amsterdam.

I have been teaching Pilates to women of all ages, with a special focus on beginners, prenatal and postnatal women, and those who want to feel better in their daily lives by improving their posture and addressing physical discomfort.

My goal is to support your health at every stage of life with safe and effective movement.
